Cumbria Waste CWG is committed through our Future Leaders Programme, and our broader learning and development agenda, to identifying and developing the leadership talent within our business.
This programme runs for a whole year, with 11 separate modules and an end of course assessment, and covers all aspects of the skills and insight required to be a leader within our business in a manner that reinforces our culture and values.
The first year was an amazing success with 2 really engaged cohorts graduating the programme and achieving significant career growth in the process.
